10.00 – 1.00: Wet felted wall hangings

1.30 – 4.30: 3D felting

The wool trade has always been a major part of Sussex life, so join Jo, The Woven Owl, and learn about the history and craft of felting:

In the morning, we will make your own wet felted wall hanging based upon the landscape of the Sussex Downs or the coast around Newhaven Fort and learn how to add additional effects through needle felting

In the afternoon have a go at 3D felting and after learning how to make small balls that can be used as beads, make either a small bag or felted soap bar – a perfect addition to your holiday packing. 

Cost £58 per workshop or £95 for both.  This price includes all materials that you will need!
