Sunday 7th September
Battle of Britain Day

Join us for a day of 1940s celebration and commemoration. Plenty of live music from Fort favourites The Swingtime Sweethearts, Studio Tempo dance school and Puttin' on the Blitz barbershop quartet, all kicking off with Lancing Brass Band at 11.00am. There will also be military and period vehicles, a vintage hair salon and living history displays to get you in that 1940s mood!

Saturday 13th September
Fort Process - Sold Out!

Fort Process is a one day festival of sound and art that explores the unique acoustic spaces of Newhaven Fort.  The daytime programme will feature installations in the Fort's many reverberant tunnels and magazines, talks in the classroom and promenade performances; in the evening things will get louder! Confirmed acts include John Butcher, Thomas Köner, The Artaud Beats and Sarah Angliss, with many more to be added soon.

Saturday 20th September
Teacher's Taster Day

Teachers are invited to come and see what Nwehaven Fort has to offer for educational visits. Learn about our Education offer and take part in some fun activities including;
Observation activity with the Royal Observer Corps, Physical Training Drill, Rationing game and a fun Code Breaking activity.

Festival of Sound - Sold Out!

Multi format music festival spread over 5 stage areas, huge lighting and visual effects transforming the Fort into a mass of colour and sound!  Rock and acoustic bands, local DJs, tribute acts as well as licensed bars/ food areas!
