Newhaven Fort Day
Meet the many community groups involved with Newhaven Fort including The Royal Observer Corps, Newhaven Fort Amateur Radio Group and Sussex and Surrey Yeomanry.  Demonstrations from the Sussex Police dog handlers and special exhibits and guided tours throughout the day.

Saturday 12th June
1940's Live Swing Jazz Evening
Live Jazz Band playing Glenn Miller style tunes and dance demonstrations from Brighton Boogie 7:30pm -10:30pm. Licensed bar serving wine, local beer, soft drinks and snacks. 1940’s dress optional.  Tickets - £9.00 (Over 16's only), please call 01273 517622 to book or tickets can be purchased directly from the Newhaven Fort shop in advance.

Sunday 13th June
Remember Dunkirk 
A series of lectures offering an in depth exploration of the subjects presented in the extended Newhaven Fort exhibition From Declaration to Disaster.

Lectures are free to attend and are included in the cost of admission to Newhaven Fort.  Spaces are limited, please call Newhaven Fort on 01273 517622 to reserve a seat.

Thursday 24th June - (Newhaven Fort will be closed to the public)
Glyndeboure Sing Up 
Over 400 children from six local schools will be visiting the Fort to sing songs they have written and adapted to tell the stories of their own communities and schools, bringing the 18 month Glyndebourne Sing Up Seahaven project to a close.
